You will need to be registered and logged in to add content.
You'll also need to join the group you wish to post content in - suggest members join this one to experiment. (click on "Groups" in left column of main page to view all groups).
When adding content remember that you will need to flag it as "public" if you wish people who aren't logged in to see it.
(You can change the default in your profile to "public" for any content you create - see "My Profile" link in top menu when logged in, and click on spanners icon to change your settings).
See "subscribe to feed link" on each group's home page to be notified of updates via RSS
