One person has suggested that this group including the possibility to share files, photos, blogs etc is a problem.

Would people prefer it if those options where removed so that the group only has a forum?

Additional options can be enabled or disabled by the group owner (Paul Martin for this group).

If people are just using the discussion option, suggest disabling bookmarks, pages, calendar and blog.

Files and photo albums may be useful in this context.
